Dr. Whitney Wolfe, DO, is a double board-certified physician, medical aesthetics expert, and owner of Premier Spa of Murray in Western Kentucky. With a background spanning medicine, research, wellness, and advanced aesthetic technology, Dr. Wolfe has built a physician-led practice focused on combining clinical expertise with innovative treatments to help patients look, feel, and function at their best.

Her practice serves thousands of patients from Kentucky and surrounding states and offers a comprehensive approach to aesthetics and wellness, including advanced laser and energy-based treatments, injectables, body contouring, hormone optimization, and women’s health.

Dr. Wolfe has a particular passion for evaluating emerging technologies and translating the science behind them into practical, results-driven treatment strategies. She is also passionate about helping other providers understand not only how to use technology, but how to successfully integrate it into a practice—from patient selection and treatment planning to utilization and growth.

As a national speaker and educator, Dr. Wolfe brings a physician’s perspective, a business owner’s experience, and a genuine enthusiasm for advancing the field of aesthetic medicine.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, traveling, and walking.

Sara Gilbert is a Physician Assistant with a soft spot for anything that makes people feel more confident in their own skin. She earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University in Tennessee in 2007 and has called Murray home ever since (thanks to a successful blind date). She's a Florida native, water-loving to her core!

Laken Darnell is an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner with 18 years of experience. She is a certified toxin and filler specialist. Outside of the Spa her life revolves around God, family and church. She and her family love planning adventures together to various national parks.

Meet Natalie Cunha, RN, BSN - a licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Murray State University, who loves the world of aesthetic medicine! Fluent in Spanish and always up for an adventure, Natalie loves exploring new places, trying unique foods, live music, and spending time with her family.

Dana Derrington is a Registered Nurse with 33 years of critical care and surgical care experience. At the Spa she is a laser and body sculpting specialist. She enjoys hiking, kayaking and shopping in her spare time and loves being a mom and wife. Secretly she is an amusement park junkie!

Whitney Brown is a licensed esthetician who is passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin. She enjoys creating personalized treatment plans and skincare routines that support healthy, glowing results. As a busy mom, Whitney understands the importance of self-care and loves providing a relaxing, welcoming environment where clients can recharge while investing in their skin.

Rylie Lencki is a Client Care Specialist at Premier Spa and loves being the first point of contact for clients. She enjoys helping create a welcoming, relaxing experience from the moment clients arrive. Outside of the spa, Rylie enjoys spending time with her dog, friends, and family.

Kelli Phelps is our Practice Manager extroidinare with 20 years of experience coordinating patient care from Emergency Rooms to Med Spas. When not working she will likely be lifting heavy weights at the gym or exploring the mountains. She and her daughter are the Gilmore Girls 2.0, and she has been together with her husband since age 18.

Dr. Walker is a Professor of English at Murray State University. He enjoys daily walks, sports, gardening, and reading.
